Temporary Adjustments to Frontline Services
of the Consulate General
(Macau SAR, 04 August 2021) – The Philippine Consulate General in Macau SAR is one with the Macau SAR Government in ensuring the health and welfare of all persons living and working in Macau amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. To ensure the health and well-being of Filipinos in Macau, the Consulate’s clientele, and its personnel, the Consulate will be implementing temporary adjustments to its frontline services effective Sunday, 08 August 2021 until further notice.
Appointment system and Operations Hours
The Consulate will continue to be open and to provide services to its clients on an appointment basis. Operations hours will be from 10:00AM through 3:00PM with no lunch break.
Bringing companions
In observance of social distancing and health protocols, only those with transactions with the Consulate and POLO-OWWA are requested to proceed to the Consulate. We strongly advise our clients to refrain from bringing companions to the Consulate area except for minors, PWD, pregnant women, senior citizens and others with special needs.

Other reminders:
- All clients availing of the Consulate’s services during their confirmed appointments are reminded to wear their facemasks
- All clients will be required to present a “green” Macau Health Code and will be subjected to thermal screening before entering AIA Tower. To obtain a Health Code, please visit https://app.ssm.gov.mo/healthPHD/page/index.html
- Once the transaction is finished, all clients will be requested to immediately leave the Consular Area to give space to other clients in observance of “social distancing”
