In view of recent developments, and as part of the implementation of its Business Continuity Plan, the Philippine Consulate General in Macau SAR will be implementing the following adjustments to its consular services, effective Sunday, 22 March 2020 until further notice.

 

Appointment System

The Consulate will be open to its clients strictly on an appointment basis from Sundays through Thursdays from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

Only those with confirmed appointments will be allowed to proceed to the Consulate. No companions will be allowed except for minors, PWD, pregnant women, and senior citizens.

 

Adjustments in consular services

Below are relevant details for those who wish to avail of the Consulate’s services:

  • Passport releasing - Strictly from 12nn to 5pm Strictly on the date of release indicated in the claim stub

Other reminders:

• All clients availing of the Consulate’s services during their confirmed appointments are reminded to wear their facemasks
• Everyone will be subjected to thermal screening before entering AIA Tower.
• Once the transaction is finished, all clients will be requested to immediately leave the Consular Area to give space to other clients in observance of “social distancing” practices.
